The krewe of Pygmalion Ball Masque took place in 1999. Since its founding, the Ball Masque has been a signature part of the Pygmalion carnival season, bringing krewe members, the Royal court and their guests together for an evening of celebration, costumes, and music.
The evening features the presentation of the Royal Court and an on-foot presentation of costumed krewe members, giving guests a preview of the creativity and spirit that defines the krewe’s season.
The Ball Masque is also the evening when Pygmalion’s Royal Court takes center stage, celebrating the individuals who will represent the krewe throughout the Carnival Season.
Following the Bal Masque, the celebration continues with the Supper Dance, where the court, krewe members, and guests gather for dinner and dancing.
Since 2000, the Pygmalion Ball Masque has remained a place where tradition meets the energy and creativity of a modern carnival krewe- bringing together members and friend while creating new memories each year.
